Silent, I'm fine with that. But I want to know what your rules are! You say to report instances of violation, but then say we can't know what there is to violate. You will turn more pilots against you if you go the griefing route.
camps is right, troll-feeding is illegal, and is known to cause cancer in the state of california.

INM are not to:
Use L-mines (except for flag defense, personal bot mining (must be removed upon request of another player))
Use Tri-flare valks (unless allowed by a CM)
Attack non-hostile players (this is determined by if the person does attack any Itani ship)
We give very few rules for our members. The reason being that they need few rules to be able to adapt to situations in the game if no CM is present. More strict rules are to be set up by that INM player's Squad Leader. So long as the rules they make do not contradict those 3 basic rules, the SL can make as many as they want.

Attack non-hostile players (this is determined by if the person does attack any Itani ship)

There was an [INM] member today who attacked me unprovoked in sector 7. However, there was a reason behind this. Unfortunately he approached it the wrong way. Allow me to explain...
A while before this incident I destroyed his Valkyrie in sector 5. He was not wearing the [INM] tag and there was absolutely no indication as to whether he was in the guild. However, after I killed him he swore vengeance on me. At that point he switched to his [INM] account, using the same exact name as before except with a tag, and proceeded to attack me in a Valkyrie. He did not destroy me, but he caused about 12% damage with one sunflare. And yes, he was using a tri-flare valk. That makes two violations. The thing that sucks is I can't remember his name.

For some reason that made me crack up. It just reminds me of those gags in kids shows where the hero corners the villan.
Villan: Who are you anyway?
Hero: YOU KILLED MY FATHER!!
Villan: Oh. . .um, that. . . doesn't help. Could you narrow it down a bit more?
Only this is even funnier, because try as he might, all he did was 12% damage.

Let me get this straight: Arolte griefs an Itani and complains that he gets attacked for it by INM. Is that an accurate summary?

Call it unwelcome hostility. Call it what you want. Somebody was killed and was really upset about it. And Arolte dares to complain for the INM chasing him down for it.
Perhaps the said INM attacked first. Who knows, unless it was you, andreas ("?").
Either way, can an INM switch from off-duty to on-duty and attack people based on actions toward their off-duty names?
What if this happened with Mace, when he was part of the guild. Toshiro and I were "griefing" him in sector 11. Could he switch to INM, call in his INM buddies, and say, "hey these two reds were just griefing me off-duty, they were griefing an Itani!!!"
I thought what happened off-duty was separate from what happened on-duty.
I guess I was wrong.

Bio: [INM] Infinity is an Itani Trader who has just recently joined the INTC. Not yet known by most, he has kept a low profile over the years. He is Itani at heart and holds a grudge against the NT. He is a trader, but not full time. <<<<He likes to fly around and bot and occasionally takes out n00b convoys.>>>> He is schedualed to make his first appearance this Saturday. (Emphasis added)

Technically he wouldn't need to go to his INM account; INM would help most Itani anyway. That's really not an issue, camps.
