I know I'm a bit late on this topic, but if you're still interested:

[FR] - FreeRoam Industries was (as the nation count suggests) the UIT nationalist guild. We're currently emptying the guild bank and step by step kicking all the players we can - and then leave the guild ourselves. An official statement about this maybe belongs into the Roleplaying Forums, but right now I can't be bothered to write one, maybe next week.
So, basically, you can remove FR from your list (as I will do on the wiki in the near future) - or correct it to "nationalist" and leave it until Monstre and I actually leave it (which means no more active players, no more new players) - or you can just do whatever you like ;)

More active than FAMY? You sure about that? I see lots of FAMYs on a regular basis, and nary a PA in sight. I've maybe seen/heard four PAs in the last month, and those were infrequent. Unless you mean to say the entire guild is active but they're all ninjas so I just don't notice.

Yep, we all know that FAMY is alts and bots being used to try and make it look bigger. It usually has no more than 3 or 4 active members which is about our usual. Also yes, some members are off doing things privately or doing things that don't require them to leave where they are so they aren't seen much and they don't see many people. Just because we arent being asshats on 100 or flying where we know everyone is at doesn't mean we aren't active. :-P

Football, chaos, savet, trs, max, espionage, aton, and frequent flier are all individual players who are not alts of eachother and have been active for at least the last month. That's eight, not four.

Right, and PaKettle, I Want Ya Booty, J. A. Keller, Armet, Tambina, tristen1229, and myself are all not double PA members who have all been on very recently. Also..Denji, Ricker, Breazle, Eulb, Gerty, Mad Stoner, and Xavier Nostromo have all been on within the past couple weeks(some within the past couple days). If I go back a month (which we all know is a realistic RL away time) the list grows to be much larger. If I include alts of PA members who are in PA and active then the list grows even more. Sorry, but I don't think your idea is truths. :-P
