I can already see these ships as massive war vessels, if multiple people can man em, they'll be used by guilds and like minded patriots of their nations. If only single player controlled, well, they'll be many of these floating around. =D

it looks somehow familiar...

appears to have swept-back wings with two engines on each (in an above/below-wing configuarion at the wingtips, with curved sheilding around the outside of them) and a lateral projection on either side of the fuselage (similar to the air intake of an F-15)

Judging by the size of the double canopy (if that's what it is), I don't know if I'd call it capital-class... but certianly a medium ship larger than anything currently in-game.

Hmmm, the moth was a new TPG ship, but it isnt exclusive to TPG, infact, dont TPG produce most ships? (moth, standard centaur, wraith ect) ?
