If the time on the web page is based on the person's computer clock what have you gained except time zone awareness? Using /time in-game may be more useful, or at least a server-based web page clock so everyone's display would agree. If your web server does not allow server side scripts I can set up a script elsewhere that you can access, if you like.

Actually, I'd like to see Time Change between Nations, not by much, but like 2 hours off or something. I mean, unless there is some center of time in the VO universe, then we could just base it off that system.
