I would like to ask you to do another change, please. Millennium Blackhawk has not shown up in-game for almost 9 months. I need an active Lt. Could you, please:
- demote MB to be Council only (looses Lt. rank).
- promote Strat to be Council AND Lt. (gains Lt. rank.)
