Move all council/lt members to just the status of member.

Removing guild so I need to be able to expel the remaining members.

I published your first effort without much scrutiny due to my limited time and your excellent formatting. Now that I've taken a longer look, I see that some editing is needed. It is indeed difficult to understand, and it doesn't really fit in with the other guild descriptions.

I took the time to edit for immersion (modifying references to "player", "game", "VO", etc,). I also deleted some info that would be better explained on your forums. If you look at the other guild description you will see that they are fairly brief and function as sort of a "mission statement" that would appeal to prospective members. I removed some redundancies and generally pruned things down. I hope you will understand and will be mostly pleased.
