Swag Man, the only semi-active member since I left, will be completely inactive soon as well. (Would it disband automatically if he left? He's the last lieutenant and there is no commander.)

No can do - it's not part of the interface that I have access to. However...

From the first post:

"You need drop below 6 characters in a guild to trigger the dissolving process. The number of commander, LT, council or general members doesn't matter as long as there are more than 5 names on the list.

There is no reasonable reason to remove the inactive guilds. There is no memory crunch, Guildsoftware has a liberal account hiatus policy, there is no restriction to the total number of guilds formed, and these guilds are not doing anything to harm you through their presence in name only."

Ok, could you reinstate me as commander and demote all the council to members then please?

I am Commander of [PAGA], i would like to get my guild page setup.
For the description, i would like:
The Pilots' Assocation for Group Activities is dedicated to multiplayer activities. PAGA has teams for Border Patrol, Queening, PvP Combat Training, Levi Hunting, CtC, and much much more. PAGA recruits all three nations, this enables us to remain neutral with other nations/guilds, however, we do not have indemnity from either. PAGA does not partipate in Pirating, or any other criminal activities.
