Boring is a good term to use for that kind of task, so is tedious.

He became a 'frontman' when he took the Councilor position. He has since demonstrated the sort of petty attitude that would generally preclude such a representative position. The fact that he has now, in this thread, doubled down on the sort of classless behavior that started the situation should be a big red flag to TGFT as well as the rest of us.

As you said: "TGFT should either make you commander or throw you off the council, settling the question of 'did he go too far.'"

And as they consider how to handle this incident, I hope they'll review how things were handled in the Plugin thread. Between these two ugly situations, we've seen two very different ways of handling it:

1. Plugin, Lisa - Admit to a possible fault, concede and add a disclaimer everyone agrees on
2. This, biertak - Admit to being an ass, continue being an ass, deny any shred of responsibility, and attack anyone who has a problem with it

Now I know the plugin thing hasn't been resolved to everyone's satisfaction... but Lisa's mature and intelligent response to the backlash has at least somewhat calmed the situation. Let's see how this one shakes out.. I've got the popcorn ready :)

At that time you also implied that you'd revoke my key because I said you were being a jerk. I pushed back and you passed it off that you were upset because I refused to haul for you, some time in the past. That's a sorry excuse. I saved the chat log if you need a reminder.

So... are you saying that mota talked to INV leaders *before* you did, or are you denying you made any demands upon INV leaders? I'd like you to be clear about it, I want to understand the nature of your kindness.
