SKV tried to get a plausible explanation of what transpired in Mota Shekolen case from INV Commander but our requests were ignored.
After careful consideration of all the facts, including our intelligence data, SKV decision is to revoke free stations access to INV guild.
Since INV Submitted to TGFT threats by kicking Mota Shekolen out of guild and made other concessions to TGFT to protect some lucrative trade deals they have between them, their neutrality is not to be trusted and SKV cannot allow INV to act like a TGFT 'Trojan Horse' at SKV held conquerable stations.
INV are no longer considered neutral in SKV vs TGFT conflict.
This decision is final and free access for INV personnel will be revoked immediately.

If you don't mind me asking, where does SKV stand with PA now? Traditionally, they are best friends with TGFT.
No incidents involving PA members have been reported and, to our knowledge, PA is remaining neutral in this conflict.
Mota, from the information I can gather on that situation, repairing turrets while another is attacking the turrets is a hostile act at the most and a non-neutral act at the least as you're actively getting in the attacking player's way. TGFT had little to do with your situation with INV as your expulsion was likely linked to your activities in INV that INV leadership itself didn't care for. So your cause for grievances are with INV and not TGFT.
Bojan, I do wonder what you find to be a plausible explanation and I find it humorous how hastily you've flipped access to a neutral party in your affairs. Talk about strong-arming, huh? And furthermore, you may have missed an important piece of intel about INV and TGFT relations as INV doesn't even have a diplomatic board setup on TGFT's forums, so what exactly are these lucrative trade deals you speak of?

Surb,
INV submitted to TGFT threats. They were strong-armed and forced to make concessions to TGFT because they had free access to stations and wanted to remain neutral.
By revoking their access SKV is actually doing them a favor - no access to stations, no reason for TGFT to threaten or strong-arm them again.
Also, one additional point - TGFT managed to force INV to submit to their demands once and they can now do it over and over again since INV is too weak to oppose their threats and will certainly bend over again.
Who can guarantee that INV won't submit to TGFT request to act like a Trojan Horse - spy on stations, run errands for TGFT with goods that are manufactured there...
TGFT has shown that it's leadership is unethical, immoral and, with this latest example - ruthless manipulators so we can expect just about any possible imaginable scenario.

Well, I'm the fool for thinking something positive might come out of telling my story. I'm sure my old guild will never consider me for membership again now that they are barred from stations. I'm now too embarrassed to even consider re-applying.
to Surbius
Explanations were made clear to me multiple times that the council person representing TGFT demanded my expulsion, under the threat of KOS status for the entire guild. Please re-read my earlier post and pay special attention to the part about appropriate response. If you think the TGFT response was in this case appropriate to acts perpetrated with a single repair module, please state that. If you think it's not appropriate I'd like to hear that also.

@Mota
If INV takes you back unconditionally and pledges that they won't submit to any further TGFT threats or make any concessions to TGFT then we can reconsider reinstating free stations access to INV.

Bojan, you are going to strong arm INV into accepting someone who violated being neutral? Something Westacular even came to read? A neutral guild does not want people in their guild who will not behave themselves.
lmao Surb, good one :)
SKV is currently discussing the situation with INV representatives and trying to find amicable solution for everyone.

caught INV member repping turrets and he wants me to pay him 1 million credits...
INV Member: [Fri May 8 00:04:33 2015] *Mota Shekolen* you owe me a ship plus
punitive damages. Let's say an even mil to settle up
I gave him the option to stay in his guild...
[Fri May 8 00:07:03 2015] ->Mota Shekolen: admit your mistake and dont
make it again and this stays between us
Then the INV calls me a tool...
[Fri May 8 00:12:16 2015] *Mota Shekolen* you are as big a tool as
people say, I admit I didn't believe it
and I wish he didn't take it this far...
[Fri May 8 00:12:19 2015] ->Mota Shekolen: wish you had different
attitude
and, I realized there was no point talking to him since I wasn't going to pay him one million credits and it went down here from here (I demanded 10 mil for the repping turrets ;) )

Wow you just corroborated the fact that you were threatening his guild status. So the accusation that you actually did do it is not such a stretch. Nobody even said it was you, you outed yourself.
But you weren't going to do it. it seems, but then you went ahead with your threat because he called you names? Aww was you fewings hurt?

Please do not make my reinstatement part of any agreement you make with INV. They have made their feelings clear to me since my last message, I won't be re-applying for membership. I agree with you in principal that they should not so readily give in to demands made by outsiders, but in practice even if you forced them to invite me back in I would just leave before they had another chance to show their disapproval. The perpetrator of the outside pressure has basically admitted that my story was accurate. I did not mention the actual insult I gave to him, I didn't want people to laugh. He is correct that I wanted him to pay for my ship, I forgot about that, but it's not relevant.
I see INV more as victims in this than part of the problem. Their processes or lack of them are their own issue. If I had the power to demand anything, I'd demand that biretak publicly apologize to INV, have TGFT state that their rules do not allow this sort of action, then have the TGFT commander expel him from the guild for 6 months. But I don't have any power.

doh I wrote a response and it didn't post....
@ joyless -- of course I'm singling you out -- because you are a dick in these forums. Also, you clearly do care otherwise you wouldn't keep trying to defend yourself.

LOL!!! When I read Mota's story, the very first person came to mind was kbrieta. Possibly sieger, but more likely kbrieta. It's very much his MO.
Mota, you have my heartfelt condolences. I can understand what you're going through with INV - I wouldn't want to come back either even if I was invited back. It just wouldn't be the same. I know from experience how Asijara can be a real bitch. I hope you find your way to a better guild that better serve your goals in game.

"Asijara can be a real bitch" (correct me if I'm wrong with the quote)
True, she once put me on the KoS list of INV thinking I stole the Hive Queen Gat. cannon.

I have no animosity toward anyone in INV. True that I was frustrated that they they did not see things my way but in the end it doesn't matter to me if they dislike me or not, to my mind they were 'wrong', they are not 'bad'. I expect in time I'll be doing trade with some of them again.

He applied to IGVT so maybe he will clear things up? Yes, Harpo, I knew INV should not have been repping turrerts so I gave him chance to say he made mistake. He has that chance still today, I'm sure igvt are watching.
We are.

Despite my total lack of authority, I would like to formally invite Mota into Itan. There he/she will surely be sheltered from any further drama
