Believe it or not, I am forbidden by the DMCA from revealing my exact track list. However, I do have a Rob Zombie track in the event mix for The Deneb Run, which I'll do as a live broadcast at the time of the event. I'll bet you can guess which track it is...

Keep the suggestions coming, folks. I've added Metallica and a bunch of other stuff to the playlist so it is nearly 6 hours long now. I'm aiming for a cross between ambient background music (which seems to be popular) and songs with words that are related in some way to flying around in space, fighting, trading, etc.

Highway Patrol sounds good for the race too.

Something that occurred to me is that some people might not understand how to change the volume of the background music and effects in Vendetta Online if they want to listen to iTunes, TeamSpeak, Radio TGFT, etc. Here's how:

To set the built in background music volume to 50%, go to the chat prompt and type:

/set snd_musicvolume .5

To set the effects volume to 50%, go to the chat prompt and type:

/set snd_volume .5

Setting these values to 0 will turn off that type of sound, whereas 1 is full volume. You can also use other fractional values, such as .25, .40, .75, etc.

Oh please, don't listen to who_me!

BTW as I understand there was a time when Screwball commented Deneb Run not only on ch. 100 but on radio too? Maybe we should have another commentator so he would talk on ch100 and Screwball give an audio commentary?

Aka Ecka Estenck,

Well, For TGFT events the ideal background would be C.W. McCall's "Convoy"

Or for that moment when your moth issues in a storm full of bots how about " the wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" , by Gordon Lightfoot.

And for the next person who asks where to find carbonic ore Tom Lehrer's Element song ?

yes, the element song :)
