I think that 'filing charges' would be way better than 'forgive' and would have caused way less confusion (esp on my part)

Forgive me if I'm repeating something here, but I see that blacknet's still confused after 4 pages. "So you are telling me that a noob to VO will know if they should forgive them in 15 seconds? " Most likely not; I expect that if you deliberately go noob hunting, the punishments will be severe. On the other hand, if a noobie accidently kills his friend, circumstances might not be so harsh. Get it?
