Finally got some internet access again. I should be able to send the audio along shortly. The last few days have been a bit tiring.

so how close is this trailer thingy to being done?

Unfortunately, no. I've spent too much time on this to release it incomplete. I won't let it loose until I'm sure everything is the best I can get it. Well, given the circumstances. Shouldn't be long now though. Like I said, all the editing is done except for Nerde's audio. As soon as I get it, all I have to do is adjust it for com style sound and then tack it on to the spots i've picked out in the movie. Overall maybe a 10-15 minute process at most. Then I'll give everything one last run-over and send it to Alamar to be hosted. Once Alamar uploads it, either he or I will post a link to the VO forums.

It's going to be a pretty big file in it's highest quality, so I'm thinking of including several different files of different video qualities for those with slower connections. IMHO though, the better quality is worth the longer download time.

Oh, and the video will be in Quicktime format this time so nobody has to deal with WMV =)

Agreed. Post it in full-screen size and at least a smaller size that we can see.

I think Quicktime is about as bad as WMV is, can't you release it in xvid or ogg theora?

Okay, due to popular demand to get this movie out I'm going to give Nerde one more week to get me his audio. If he is still in Europe, no hard feelings, but I can't wait much longer.

Everything is completely finalized, I just need the audio for one more character, Nerde's. If I don't have the audio in a week, I'll be contacting some of you who sent me voice audition files to fill in Nerde's part.

I'll do some voiceovers for nerde! But it'll be a meek women's voice with a hacking cough...
