Rode-a-schlong, try reading paragraph 1 of the EULA to yourself slowly: You may not transfer or share your Account with anyone, except that if you are a parent or guardian, you may permit one child to use the Account instead of you (in which case you may not use that Account).

Ok 2 things:

1) I think this is stupid. Sell your account on the side, I have not seen 1 popular game that has a system for selling accounts.
