FFS talk about missing the point. Buggering about with 3 stations is useless, what should be suggested is lots more conq stations all over the game with a variety of uses and defences.
Stop trying to make it harder for a small number of players to do one thing, and make it simpler for lots of players to have a go at doing many things .

Sometimes I wonder about you crazyspence. You're trying to be a badass but when somebody makes accusations you get all defensive about it. Son, be proud of your ass kickery and be even prouder if people are inventing ass kickery that you didn't even have to work for!
If you boom a turret, it's dead. A new one appears in it's place but it's on fire and at 12.5%. How does that make any sense TRS?

It makes sense because it means there has to be a firm grasp on the station before it will change hands. It gradually increases the strength in favour of defenders as time moves on. It's just a game mechanic are you trying to say it's stupid because it is unrealistic or because it doesn't make sense from a game balance perspective?
You can make arguments for both, but in my view it lends itself to more fun when there's a dangerous period for the defender right after the capture.

Thats all well and good, but when two Serco have taken the station and TGFTANPASKV(Y) come in holding hands to rise up against the dreaded two-pilot Serco army, its a little tough to keep the stations.

The turrets are launched at reduced health to get them out faster than if the automated system waited until finished.
