Eh, I dont know how good the npc-docking-in-cappie AI is... It would be best if all the fighters (excluding the cappies, of course) were magically repaired if all players have been outside of 5000m from the wormhole for five minutes if their capital ship is up. I say a distance limit because otherwise we could have an idle-bot problem in the wormhole sectors.
We've at least tweaked the loadout of the Constellations, as of tonight. No more crazy swarms. Some of these other ideas are good, but have various caveats. We are considering them. Please continue giving us feedback.
Longer term idea for Blockades:
-"Discover" a second entrance from Itani space into gray. Why not another WH Jallik==Edras?
-Connie works as a battlegroup carrier. Tridents as Connie escorts. Limited stock of fighters, deployed 2 per other ship in sector.
-Blockade related missions:
--Breach blockade: Trade mission crossing blockade
--Break Blockade: Clear our doors from enemy now. Gives medals (badge)
-Blockade behaviour:
--Enemy ships KoS
--Neutral/Friendly ships are intercepted and MUST STOP. Any evading ship becomes KoS. After stop, Border Guard inspects cargo (built-in cargo scanner) and demands to jettison all cargo but humanitarian list (food, water, medicine, ...). Empty friendly ships allowed to cross.
*Scanner spoofers become usefull. %fail?
+Similar convoy stands inside nation's borders, but with more relaxed rules. Every ship must also stop and border patrol scans it:
-Enemy ships are scanned for addons. Unarmed ships accepted.
-Friendly ships are scanned for cargo. Small list of forbidden items are demanded to jettison.

The fighters don't do anything.
