how about a short timer (definitely no more than 3 seconds) to make fleeing a sector at least a little harder, and trackers to solve the following problem that multiple sector jumps allow.
"TNA: As spellcast pointed out in another thread you crossposted to (and I can't believe I didn't think of it immediately)... you could *really* annoy someone just by following them around so they can't jump. I also don't like the exception for being damaged- as spell said, it feels to "gamey""
Why not so if this rule is abused... that it is voided once the person is 4000k out because most normal ships in reality shouldnt venture way out into space when they dont have to...so its basically no mans land..same thing happens as if they are shot when they get out to 4000k.

TNA then all you've done is moved the jump range to 4k, something we allready decided wont solve anything at all.
