It looks like "role-playing" to me. Even ignoring that, I don't find it particularly flamey. I'll keep an eye on it.

Also, as former commander of the largest and most deadly fight squadron (Serco Fighters), I must say that NT and Itani pilots are notorious for switching allegiances. Look at the mass exodus to the NT from Itani and then back again over the past six months.

If you want loyalty, Serco is really the place to be. Itani just have the nifty gadgets.

Itani has many loyal pilots. There are always a few that switch around between nations and that point is moot since they do that to all nations and not just Itani. Itani has always had many new pilots, which now are being offered a chance in the new era after the bank looses all our money. Itani was once the greatest nation of all, it has in recent months fallen from grace, however it will rise again more powerful then anybody can imagine!
