as to the aggravations concerning teamwork and weaponry:
we DO have teamwork. just because you didn't see it does not mean we are not working closely together in times of need (did you think our stealth caps were unorganized? think again.)
as for the weapons: we do not rely on crutches to aid us in our quest! we either beat our opponents with skill or numbers.
