I'm curious too. The capship with an enduring title would either have to have a mining beam on the LP that mines X amount of sammic or it didn't. I don't see a mechanism to create a false value. In fact, this is more straightforward than me getting a few significant names as kills. Offering "Joe Pilot" credits or goods too die to my caprail would arguable be an example of "creating a false value."

I fail to see how you can fake mining sammic.

This is exactly the point of such a thing... except I'm not sure how you get a false value.. if you mine it, then you get the points.. such rewards are supposed to be a grind.
