To make that change even more interesting, 5 minutes after the Leviathan fell, we could add a news message that says "The Milanar Leviathan has fallen! Reports of Premium Xithricite in Sedina in sector blabla!"
That way, people would storm there for easy Xith. And pirates could go there to take the easy Xith of the miners!
