Rin, when you find them, they fight. Who cares if they *want* to fight. For example, last night a ONE member was attempting to move uit defenders to grey. Another ONE member was attempting the tpg test mission. They have to option to die without defending themselves, but they fight.
Since we can find people to shoot at, we do not need magic warping to shoot at people.

"You are wrong, Rin. The OP isn't about finding people who don't want to fight, it's about finding people who do."
That's what I just said. You are complaining about not being able to find people to fight. Why can't you find them? Because they don't want to fight. The OP only helps people who do want to fight... but the people who do want to fight don't need help. They can just organize over chat. If they're too stupid to figure out how to do that, then they're one of those newbs you claim you don't want to fight (even though you complained about not being able to fight them earlier in the thread).

The math is simple, yet you did not understand greenwall. He meant to say that if there were an option to do insta-PvP, much more people would be interested in it. A newbie usually doesn't want to fly down to Sedina with his favorite ship just to explode in seconds. If he however could fight people instantly, he'd be much more willing to which would then result in learning.
While I was first opposed to making different pools for newbies and vets, I do see the point. We could divide into fights with people at Combat 3 and lower and fights with players Combat 4 and up.
Note that this can also only be a temp. solution until there is more people in VO. Right now, you have to drop what you are doing completely and fly all the way to B8 for a match. And then it is not ensured that you find even one person who is going to willingly fight you. That way a guy who is doing Deneb atm but just feels like a 1v1 match right now could fly to a station, do his fight in a random empty sector and then continue doing Deneb.
The basic unwanted PvP and piracy are not disturbed here. You can still fly around and bug the Trader.

I'm not complaining about finding people to fight "in general", I'm responding to ARF's ridiculous claim that finding people to fight "isn't so hard", which was a poorly constructed criticism of the OP's relevance. Complaining and stating facts are two different things.
My point is that people who might want to PvP, but find themselves too far away for whatever reason, would benefit from the OP's suggestion by a facilitation of more readily available PvP. My comment about Serco (by which I meant serco nationalists, which may not have been clear) being nowhere to be found was only evidence of the fallacy of players being "easy to find if you know where to look". ARF's point ONLY applies to characters that have "no prior obligations not to shoot somebody", which is only a small subset of players, and thus is ridiculous to bring up as a point of debate on the OP (which applies to ALL players).
The only issue I really see with the OP is the transferring of cargo, but that could be easily remedied by making the target sector completely random throughout the entire universe.
The universe is too big and the population too small for a PvP game. The OP is a good example of something that could remedy that.
(and +1 to everything Sieger just said)

Well seems it will interest only two players, so not gonna happen any time soon(tm).
anyway -1 for suggesting an new exploit to move ships and gear instantaneously to systems:
If you jump from the duel sector you are sent back to the location you were before. (Cannot leave to a local station near the fight sector to repair, reload change ship etc)

I don't know why people can't read. Why can't people read? Oh my god it is so sad.
I have clearly said in that the loser is sent to his home station and the winner is sent back where he came from that means if you launched a Valk from somewhere in Deneb as Itani, you go back to that Deneb station after you won the fight...
