Erm, make the standerd skin like a Xitherite roid! it'd look awesome =D

Please make the Missions and the General chat correspond with each other like in Beta 7. I can't tell whether I need to kill x number of bots before the mission is over, atleast in Beta 7, I know how many I have left to kill.
I just wanted to quickly say, keep up the good input. I'll be revisiting this thread over the next week or two, and rolling whatever changes I can into the future direction for the UI.
As (incorrectly) posted in the Release thread:
* Different hail messages for different characters (I don't want my straight-laced Itani to start transmitting "Yarr! Dump all ye cargo!" if I've forgotten to reset the hail message after switching characters).
(A non-hacky way that doesn't involve lots of aliases/binds and manual button-pushing to switch to the different characters' hails.)

It could be somewhat of a pain, terribleCabbage, but perhaps they could have separate wgaf.cfg files for every character... oooor, while creating a new character, have the game send up a dialogue asking you if you want to use the same controls as your first character... ?
I'm trying to scrounge up some of the other UI suggestions that I could remember were posted elsewhere...

Some extra things I would like to see:
•Right now, its pretty hard to select the whole capital ship, rather than just one of the turrets. This problem also exists with the behemoth heavy. I'd like to see a "subsystem/turret" series of targeting controls... or at least make it a lot more likely to target the whole ship rather than one of the turrets.
•Dialogue boxes dialogue boxes dialogue boxes ... especially for things like buying/selling. This minimizes the information you have to display in the same window... minimizing clutter confusion, and in most cases will make navigation quicker. When the box comes up, the default number to buy/sell is 1. But if you want to specify a number, quickly type it in - no extra clicking required... and hit enter. You could add an "All" button in the dialogues that would max out the number (total owned cargo for sell, total available cargo space for buy).

I noticed this morning that when docked with the Trident, the text on the far right (money and such) doesn't scale.
