I have several binds set for my function keys, namely 'F3' is set to ping. When I'm at a station, pressing F3 does not execute the bind... it doesn't work for any of my function key binds, actually.

No bug here. To my knowledge, key binds have never worked in station. You have to type out the command by hand. Perhaps you should ask to have this thread moved to Suggestions and rephrase your post in the form of a polite suggestion or request, hmmmm?

I wasn't aware that it was a "lack of implementation". All I knew was that "it didn't work."

Yeah, it's just not implemented. binds don't work in stations or any other menu.
