Not sure if this is a bug or not, but tonight I flew out of a station dock and directly into an NPC that was trying in vain to get through the shield. I sat there and watched him for a few minutes, kept trying to fly in the exit. I finally left.

This is an old bug and has been happening for some months now, though less often than in the past.

I've seen an NPC trader flying in a sector in Pyronis (the WH to helios) who didn't dock at the station. it was just flying around all the time.
