flying around UIT space in the new patch i found some NPC's that, when hailed, respong with "hello friend, i am taking X from station Y to a top secret research facility". obviously, i was curious (who wouldnt be with a top secret research facility?), but after following them, it was clear that they were just flying in circles within one sector.
i dont know if this is a bug or just in progress, but it seemed worth reporting

The bots were completing cargo runs as you watched. Of course you wouldn't be able to find it. The facility's top secret!

Yeah, they weren't going to bring it to the secret facility if you're watching. ;)

Some bots say they are going to secret facilities ( Sedina B8 , Odia B13, fex) but are on patrol.

Some say they are going to Initros Border Guard, but are on patrol ( Initros O12, serco bots) [edit - Atlases...should they be Vultures? [RelayeR]]

Some say they are going to some place, and actually do it.
