hi: I'm new to this game, and I've got a problem. I bought some mining lasers with the intention of selling them at another station but instead of putting them in my cargo hold it just put them in my inventory list and I don't know how to get them out and sell them. could someone please help me with this problem?

Hi moondog, equipment can't be caried in the cargo hold of your ship. When you bought the mining lazers, if you had empty ports on your ship they would have been equiped. Otherwise they will be held for you at the station you bought them at. To sell ship equipment, you first need to unequip it from the ship tab. Then select the sell tab, which will show everything at that station.

Well, consider that a feature request... the ability to put equipment in your cargo hold! :)

Agreed, Serco-Itani and black market cargo running should be highly profitable.

...not that there's a point to having money yet... we really are infatuated with greed to an unhealthy extent.

First, feature requests go in the suggestions forum.

Second, ship items as cargo is on the already-suggested-feature list. ("hauling equipment as if it were cargo")

It seems that the devs aren't opposed to the idea, from what I've heard, so it's likely we'll get that ability sometime Soon™.
