I've done some prospecting, and I notice that each system only gives 4 missions. I check the map and count 30 systems, so that explains the 120 prospecting missions. However, I issued one day while doing a mission, and my mission counter actually went DOWN. I found i could now do a mission in a system i previously maxed out, BUT LOSING MISSIONS JUST ISN'T RIGHT. Is this a bug, or some twisted torture of a consequence?

On another note, I have maxed out 6 systems, and i make a list of how many missions I have done in each system. I only have 23 missions (6 System * 4 = 24 missions) completed however. It seems I only did 3 missions in Nyrius, but no Nyrius stations will give me a prospecting mission. Is there a system that gives 5, or is this a bug?

Some systems give more, some give less.

You shouldn't have lost a mission. I can't see where in the code the mission number ever goes down.

Well, I had finished checking 30 roids, then i issued on the station i was returning to to complete the mission. Iunno, maybe I died again or something, but my missions dropped. I have since then done twice as many missions, so no worries. IM GONNA GET W/E THAT PRIZE IS!
