When my trial had about an hour left, I decided to upgrade. The process went fine on the website and my payment was approved. When the trial ran out, though, I was still booted from the game, and I can't log in.
I'm pretty sure that you're supposed to receive a key in your email that you use to add time to your account.
Well, no email so far. It's been a couple of hours.
I'm having the exact same problem. It might be because Guildsoftware.com is down along with all there other sites. I first upgraded at 3:25. still nothing

Same thing happened to me, signed up and it wont let me play, and under the billing options it says my account is unpaid.
Ah, you must have cancelled but your card still got charged and you are still paid for the month.. I'll have you fixed in a second.

I just upgraded.. Same problem... cant log in cause 8 hours up.. but i upgraded... HAWLP!!! ^_^ .. Accept i get account payed in my info
I'm having the same problem - upgraded with about an hour to go, credit card seemed to go through okay, but now it says "account status unpaid" and won't let me in.
Hmm. anychance of this Thread getting a Sticky? atleast untill its fixed. .. just an idea
Seems to have fixed itself...O_o only took 2 hours lol.. i turned off my machine, after redownloading it and uninstalling the first installation... *I waited 2 hours b4 i rebooted* now the system has noticed me as a subscriber...
For the others that have the problem you should give this a shot.. But first just reboot.. then uninstall and redownload and install, reboot and try it.

*scowl* Sorry guys. I fixed the stupid billing database once and for all now.
My account is coming up on the website as a paid subscriber now, good through next month, so I figure whatever the problem was it's fixed itself (or been poked in the right way by someone in charge).
I think it's the 2-hours that fixed your problem, rather than the reboot and reinstall!

I paid for the upgrade yesterday, and I still haven't gotten my account officially upgraded. I used PayByCash, and everything has gone through on my end. Is 2 business days a typical wait time?

It very well could be.. Go to the paybycash website and look at thier payment type list.. Depending on what payment option you used, some can take up to 3-5 buisness days.. especialy the Snailmail options.
I used paypal.
I checked the paypal site, and it says that I paid on Nov 30th, but that the payment won't be cleared until Dec 9. This had better not mean that I will lose 10 paid days due to processing time.
