License Tests
When you are notified that you can take a license test, it says to proceed to a nation capitol station to take it, yet it is available in any of your nation's stations.
Never really thought about that before. True though.
I'd prefer that they're available at all nation's stations, but making players go to a single station to do license tests would certainly do interesting things to leveling.
Maybe have a single station named "Serco DMV" and unless you make an appointment to take a license test, you have to wait in endless lines and fill out dozens of meaningless forms delivered by people with only the barest ability to speak your language. If you do make an appointment online (having to go through dozens of badly laid out webpages), you have to wait a minimum of an hour to talk to a person who has only the barest ability to speak your language, and you still have to fill out the dozens of meaningless forms.

As good as CrippledPidgeon's suggestion was, I just updated the message to say you can take the test at any of your nation's stations. (I think the original message dated back to the 18-sector universe.)
