With the reworked capacities, buying the default amount of cargo at a station is now normally more than your ship can hold. For example, even though my warthog can hold 2 Ion Cores, the default quantity to buy is set to 8. The excess cargo just goes into the station hold, but it's slightly irritating if you're not paying attention.

I'm not going to remove anything.
I think it's fixed now anyways.
