Every time I'm in-game, the system cursor is overlaid on top of the game's cursor. This is new with 1.0.2. I have Microsoft Intellipoint mouse driver software installed, running MacOS X 10.3.5 (7M34).

I have it too using Kensington Mouseworks and a Kensington Expert Mouse Pro. It only picks up the dual curser if I do something in the Finder or another program and then go back in-game. It goes back to the normal game curser after I do anything in-game that eliminates the curser and then do something that requires the curser again.

It has been doing it for me since the new universe was introduced.

I have a weird and probably unrelated bug too, sometimes when Vendetta starts, it's fullscreen, even applies a custom resolution, but Vendetta is not in focus (as in, not grabbing the mouse/kb)
Alt-tab always fixes it, and it's a very, very old bug.

Ya I get the same thing that AlienB describes. It only seems to happen when something grabs focus just as Vendetta launches, like my firewall if I update to a new version, or an app that I have jumped from vendetta to use and then back.

It mainly happens when you use the finder in window mode. It's not important and will probably not get fixed any time soon.
going to a in-game menu and back again should rehide the cursor I think.

A little more info for you, Ray...it appears to be a dock exclusive problem. Clicking on the dock and then the game gives the double curser but clicking on anything else before the game fixes it.
