The station in Deneb in the sector that contains the serco WH has a small glitch. One of the beams holding the solar panel doesn't quite reach the station wall. If you place yourself between the station and the WH you should be able to see the correct beam. I've got a screen of it which I can post if necessary.
(It's not just a graphics glitch since you can fly between it and the station)

Heh a structural defect. I suppose we should complain to those low paid Itani workers :P

They're just testing magnetic monofilament fields at that station. They can transmit solar energy through it, but they haven't got the efficiency where they want it yet or you'd see more of these.
