got a new license level, then double checked the information in character info. the level hadnt gone up although the xp points had registered.

Did you take the license test?

yes and money was taken from a/c

Did you check the char info in the station after you upgraded your licence? There was a bug a while ago do do with the station not updating after a licence increase.

Could be the same thing.
