I doubt this is a bug, but the storms in Odia are a little too frequent. I went through 6 in a row the other day. Maybe the chances of hitting a storm in Odia could be reduced? Or is that just Corvus' sick and twisted joke :)

Corvus is known for their daring (reckless?) choices for station locations. Me thinks this was intentional for some reason only they can understand.

I think it might be a story line driven choice. As in because Corvus is an "outlaw" faction they only place they could place a station is in a system of space nobody else wanted because of the frequent storms.
