I got a mission from Azek system, K-11 "Eo's Path" to get 2 Aquean Ores from Artana M-5 "Artana Watch". I've checked several times... there are no Aquean Ores in that station.

Happened to me also. Got a mission at Ukari G-6 to go to Jallik C-12 to buy and
return 8 cases of "Synthetic Hydrocarbons." There are none in Jallik C-12.

Rack up another for me. Same cargo, synthetic hydrocarbons, same starting point Ukari G-6. This time I was supposed to go to Armand J-11 to get the cargo. But there were no synthetic hydrocarbons at Armand J-11. Should we just refuse any cargo missions that require this particular cargo?

Woops, found and fixed the bug. It should be put into place next time andy updates the server.

I don't know if it's the same bug, but...
I was ordered to bring a datapad to Dau G-2 but when once I had done that I got a message that I didn't have the cargo with me... It happened to me for the second time. Right now I'm @ Dau G-2 Station as "Bus Tour" and won't move for a couple of hours. If it's the same bug, then I'll just abort the mission, *sigh*.

Nope, it's a different bug, which I haven't fixed yet. :)

I got a mission now to purchase (non existing) 12 Synthetic Hydrocarbons crates from Arta C-4 and return to Ithaca M-4.

Also some "go and buy steel" missions has failed due to missing
steel.

/mission please don't decrease my standing again.

go to Pelatus Bunker (NS3) and purchase 14 steel crates for Latos N-2 (Orion). you will be reimbursed upon return.

problem: the missions that tell me to buy steel crates always lead me to a sector that has no steel crates.

Igor has had the same problem, and he's told me that substituting steel crates from another station will work just as well, but I haven't been able to find steel crates at another station yet.

They arent in pyronis or Helios, I just completed that portion of my commodities list this morning. I havent run across them anywhere so far, (i've charted all goods in the stations in systems 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, & 29. and half of system 30)

hmm. they "used" to be there. I'm pretty sure, because I made a list of the widgets in the station. Volatile Chemicals was once available in Pyronis J15 (where the warphole to Helios was)

Had missions from Ukari (Devine Duty) to:
Resoni J-8 to get Steel Crates. None there.
Resoni J-3 to get Nano Feed. None there.

Or in the entire systems, in both cases.

Had a mission from Arta J-11 to Sedina Outpost to pick up
"Steel Creates." None there, or in the entire Sedina System.

There were Volatile Chemicals in a number of stations...Serco and Non-alligned...it was one of the higher priced widgets, I believe. They have disappeared. Maybe a problem with the total number of widgets and the fact that VC was so low on the alphabetical list?
