If anyone else is experiencing this, please reply. I've sent an error.log file to a1k0n about it. But it might help to have the locations of other stations where it's occuring.

I fixed this yesterday, but then today I connected a new server to the cluster which was running old code, and 75% of the universe started running on it, and so the fix went away.

So it should be fine now.
