I've been having this problem since the day I put in my first bind.

Ok, problem is that whenever I add a new alias/bind, when I close the client (not logoff), it completly deletes my bind/alias. Frankly, I'm getting tired of having to retype 13 binds everyday. There's gotta be a way to fix this. Oh, and I'm not the only one having this problem. io is also experiencing troubles with this.

How are you closing your client?

Do you have write permissions to the directory that Vendetta is installed in? In Windows, it is C:\Program Files\Guild Software\Vendetta, in Linux it is ~/.vendetta and in Mac OS X it is the vendetta bundle.

Also, you must enter the binds in a text editor to your wgaf.cfg file. DO NOT ENTER THEM THROUGH THE CONSOLE.

They're saved through console too, ya know.

Yes. A common thing for Mac Vendetta users to do seems to be to use command-Q to quit the game. THIS WILL NOT SAVE YOUR CONFIGURATION TO DISK. Use the 'Quit' button in the main menu (or just press Escape).

Putting stuff directly into wgaf.cfg is a good idea, though.

See my problem and Eldrad's solution...it was constant for me. Every time I entered binds through the console, they were overwritten when I quit Vendetta...and no, I never used [command+Q] to quit.

And you have rw permissions to the vendetta directory and the wgaf.cfg file?

when I want to bind something, I must not be on Vendetta. If vendetta is running and you edit the wgaf.cfg file and save, all your changes/binds will be erased when you quit out of vendetta.

Try this:
/load wgaf.cfg
