Chat Color Settings dialog printing debug to chat window

The Chat Color Settings dialog (Options > Advanced > Interface > Chat Color Settings) is printing debug information to the chat window when it is opened and when interacting with the elements inside of it.

This was tested with no plugins on the Linux client (vendetta-1.8.768.1)

This is removed in the latest patch.
