Since the update yesterday I’ve been unable to log in.

Last couple of months it’s taken at least a couple of starts for the game to run but as of yesterday it only gets as far as a black screen and music.

I’ve tried rebooting several times and it’s the same.

It downloaded an update today but nothing has changed.

Running Quest Pro with OS 85.

Hi Inc, no it’s still the same.

It updated to version .2 but is still just a black screen with the music that generally appears on the login screen.

I’ve tried several times including rebooting the headset.

My account access is fine from an iPhone.

Last time it worked was Thursday. There have been no meta updates since 6th Jan

I have confirmed this on my Quest device at home. We will look into this and ship a patch as soon as possible.

We reverted the Quest update and it is working again.
