You probably just need to shift-reload the page. We aren't using that font.
yea, i did that.. and tried it in three other browsers
ive since tried again this evening and the 404 is gone, but i see yet another different font that wasnt the original or that one now.. in chrome, brave and edge.
its considerably smaller. the nav bar down the left side. (and headers, among other things)
shrug. could be anything i guess.. ill leave it at that.

.fontface-hack is defined twice..
line 285, is now arial narrow and arial.. instead of woo, arial..
among other changes. that werent there very long ago. may be the css is broken, unless the change is intentional

Yes, I don't know what it is, but at least in my Firefox browser, something is definitely broken with the website fonts/css/something. I did a shift-reload and it did not help. The left nav ("logout", "download client", "about vendetta", etc) are much smaller than they used to be, unreadably so, for one thing. But other bits of display and CSS seem broken on the site too.

So, this was discussed on discord a few days ago, there was a legal issue with the font being used despite it having been licensed, or something like that? Check the conversations in #general, Incarnate has the details.
Stuff being broken, please continue to report, but for any ongoing posters, might be useful to know.

The font has been intentionally and permanently changed, and we will not be going back to the old font.
If people are having definitive problems with usability or reading of the font, we're open to trying to continue tweaking and adjusting things (adjusting CSS and trying different fonts). But, please provide:
- a screenshot
- screen resolution
- browser type
- OS platform
- any font-scaling OS settings
We've tested the current solution on 1080p, 4k and mobile with Firefox and Chrome.
But, some people may have device or font-scaling specifics that we don't have.

If anyone is uncertain about what the changes should look like, here's a reference from my side

Click here or on the thumbnail to see full size
• 1920x1080 display
• Vivaldi browser (Chrome-based; dark-mode extension is disabled here)
• Windows 11 (with explorer patcher, which is why it looks like win10)
• Windows font scaling is at default. I have web pages in browser at 125% globally though.
Again, that's just a reference for everyone else - this is fine for me.
(updated after reccommendation to refresh, make sure you CTRL-F5!)

Firefox on Windows as above, 4k screen, no scaling AFAIK. The left nav is pretty unreadably small. Note also the "search forums" in the upper-right is broken across lines.

sinclair: You probably need to shift-reload to force the browser to reload the CSS.
That font was in testing for awhile, but was removed some time ago. However, the "natural" expires on css caching are pretty long, unless you force a reload.

Thanks, I'll try to take a look at that when I get a chance.

I would have sworn I already tried that, but I did it again, and the issue went away of course :\
FWIW, you may want to change the filename of your CSS or otherwise do something to bust caches, since I don't expect most of your users will shift-reload (or even think to do so).
