Windowed Mode bottom of screen cut off
In windowed mode, every time I start the client the bottom of the screen is cut off. Changing the resolution then changing it back fixes it until the client is closed.

We need to at least know what render-API you're using.
Just tested it with all four options, it's happening with DirectX9 GKGL driver and DirectX11 GKGL driver.
So, can you reproduce this with a completely "stock" and vanilla client? In other words:
- Totally remove all plugins, skins and modifications.
- Rename/copy (backup) your existing config.ini and wgaf.cfg, and remove/delete them from the Vendetta Online directory.
- Then run the game to let it generate new config files and basically re-configure itself from scratch.
It should default to DX11 on the current monitor resolution (2160p).
Is it still cut off on the bottom, when this happens?

Also, can you supply a screenshot of when it is 'fixed' as a comparison?
Where is the menu bar at the top of the window? I don't see it in your screenshot.

The same thing happens with vanilla client, no plugins, reset config. It does default to DX11. I tried it with the other drivers though without the 3rd party windowed fullscreen software, and it actually happens with all of them; for some reason that software was correcting it at startup with vulkan and opengl drivers, and correcting it after resolution changes with the directx drivers. It looks like what's happening is that the cutoff on the bottom is the same size as the title bar--so the actual window is the size of the screen, but the title bar pushes it down and it gets cut off. Not sure if that's the intended behavior for a window with resolution matched to the monitor.
I figured out a setup for myself that works--the windowed fullscreen software also lets me force the resolution, so it's not a problem for me anymore. Thanks for looking at it, do with this information what you will.

Well, I'm glad you found a solution that works for you.
If anyone else experiences this issue, please feel free to chime in.
But, all things being equal, I suspect this is something to do with unusual software installed on the system OS, like the 3rd-party-windowed-fullscreen solutions.
We're running a hell of a lot of NVIDIA GPUs on Windows machines, and have never seen anything like this. But, we'll keep an eye out.
