I have a problem, when I change the throttle up and down, any possibility of pressing any button to go forward or reverse disappears.
I'm looking for a solution other than installing a plugin.
If it is possible of course
I also see that the volume buttons are not recognized to configure them for the game

And I want to play with my configuration but without losing the ability to accelerate and retreat, which is very vital for combat. I always try to play the game with only what it offers me. I don't accept anything from DB.
*moved to bugs from the android section, because buttons shouldn't be disappearing from the user's screen when they adjust throttle.
Azry, please provide more information about your device. Also, does the issue persist when plugins are removed? Try setting plugins to disabled in your 'GAME' options, closing the game (use the exit button from the login menu please!), and then re-opening it.

Likewise, my dear, I have played on an Amazon Fire 7 tablet and a Xiaomi Remi Note 9 128 GB version and it had not given me any problems before beyond others that were solved.
I don't know if this page allows images to display something more graphic.
Are you using the default touchscreen interface?
The input area on the left side is a combination of throttle and strafe, it controls how much power you want to apply in any given direction.
The controls on the right adjust your ship's pitch and orientation (steering).
I don't really understand the report of: "when I change the throttle up and down, any possibility of pressing any button to go forward or reverse disappears."
We don't have "buttons" to change throttle, you just slide your left thumb. As you slide it up, you go forward, and if you slide it up further, you go forward more quickly. Sliding it down makes you stop and go backwards.
So, there is no need to press a separate "button" to go forward-or-reverse, nor is there a need for a "button" relating to throttle, they're all tied together into a single analog input field.

Sorry for explaining myself so poorly. I meant this:

I hope these images help you understand what's happening. I want to use that configuration, but when I use it, I have no way to accelerate or reverse.

The problem lies with the use touch throttle for strafe up/down option. In the default option you have up/down buttons that make you strafe up or down. These buttons disappear when you change the option to strafe up/down and this means that although you can strafe better (and it is better) you can no longer accelerate or decelerate and can only do so by using a plugin or other device buttons if you have them (not an option for OP as far as I gather).
These buttons should possibly be replaced with accel / decel instead of being removed. I hope this makes sense?

exactly, Thanks for saying that, it was just what I was looking for, dear Femum
So, none of those Discord links are working for me. They all say "This content is no longer available."
Anyway, based on Femum's description, we're talking about a non-default configuration.. one that allows more vertical strafe options.
I'll have to test that and see what's going on. I personally do not consider that configuration better (and I have a great many combat hours on a phone), which is why it is not the default. But, I definitely agree that confusing scenarios where buttons are disappearing is not something we want.
We'll have to look into it further. Thanks for the report!

I understand, but I don't face simple newbies most of the time, and I've realized how necessary it is to have to go up and down as left and right, I won't deny that I've only been playing the game for a little over a year, and I've acquired certain techniques to solve the problem a bit. If you have a better non-predetermined configuration from your point of view, developer, I would greatly appreciate it because no other player has given me the answer to my problem as a player who tries not to die every time he meets a formidable player with a wide advantage, I am a player who has been able to dodge PC players for a long time being a mobile player, but not enough to survive.
With this, I apologize if I wasted your time on something possibly silly and pointless. I also apologize for the image link. I didn't know they expired, much less that they did so quickly.

if you want to resubmit the images, DM them to me on discord and I'll get them hosted in a non-expiring way.

Strafing left-and-right is not more or less effective than strafing up-and-down. They're the same. PC players use all of them, of course, but in general the strafing "type" is less important than understanding the speed of your opponents shots, and keeping your motions "random" and difficult to predict by your adversary.

It depends on what you mean by "dodge" in this context, and your goals.
If you're aiming to go one-on-one with experienced PC players in PvP, on a touchscreen phone, that's going to be a challenge. There are some people who have run deeply customized configs with "claw-hand" style play on mobile who have had more success than others on touchscreen devices (a few who could occasionally beat some experienced PC players). But my immediate recommendation would be to get a bluetooth game controller for $15 instead, and set up proper physical buttons exactly how you want them.
If your goal is to run away from other players and avoid them, then what's more pertinent is understanding relative mass/acceleration tradeoffs, and what kind of ship build you're using, versus that of your adversary, and how to use turbo the most effectively.
This 2013 discussion of Vectoring may be useful. Vectoring is the process of catching someone by predicting their angle of turbo, and essentially choosing an interception angle that, based on your position, may be slightly shorter or more advantageous (especially if they have to fly around an asteroid and turbo more than once, etc).
Anyway, that's a much larger discussion than just a bug report..
Vendetta Online is a very deep game, when it comes to combat tactics. Combat is pretty easy to pick up, but has a lot of nuance and can take a long time to "master".
I don't know why any buttons are disappearing, and we'll take a look at this when we get a chance. I just wanted to make it clear that you shouldn't expect vertical-strafe to be a magical panacea versus horizontal-strafe (or, combining with tilt/rotate, somewhere in between). PvP combat is all about prediction, distance and timing.
Strafing is important, but the particular method is not.

ok
...I think I figured out what Azry's been trying to talk about. Its not that "When you <adjust throttle> the buttons disappear", its that when you set the config option "Use Touch Throttle as Strafe Up/Down" to enabled, the up/down buttons that are on the top left of the screen are hidden instead of being set to forward/reverse like I think he expected. Which (I feel) might be undesired behavior, as you can then ONLY set forward/reverse velocity with tilt or external controls, but isn't actually a bug.
That's why I put it on the Android forum in the first place, and never originally posted it as a bug.
I probably explain myself very badly, but I never put things where they don't belong.
So, just to clarify: this is basically a "feature request" that when using the "Use Touch Throttle as Strafe Up/Down", we would change the up/down to be the.. effectively the throttle controls, instead of of eliminating the buttons?
Yes. Would probably be a suggestion, as it seems I also explained it badly. It gives you 360 degrees of strafe, like on a PC or controller but you lose the ability to acell/decel due to no buttons (by default) being available when that option is available. And you make this option available so it's not some shady hack, in fact, it is better than what you provide by default. We can agree to disagree on these points as I also find your default controller layout totally whack but I digress.
When in default mode, you have an up / down button on the screen which could be replaced with forwards, etc.
