The problem is still present. There are two ships in the testing scenario: Behemoth XC and Atlas. Atlas gently rams the Behemoth. The XC reports 99% to its pilot, while the pilot of the Atlas sees the Behemoth at 93%.

That's actually by design. Players ship health are sent over the network to other players as a quantized number to reduce bandwidth usage. So the value is an approximation.

The intervals between the numbers are quite rough. Thank you for your response.
