Manufacture mission swap cargo

I bring 4 ffsa's, dock at Nyrius F-6 station, unload ffsa's to station, load one fcp to my XC, do the Manufacture Reinforced Bulkhead mission, and then ... the RBH appears on the XC cargo and the fcp go to station.
