Android 9.. latest game version..

at the login screen when attempting to type my password, all the numeric keys on the keyboard are blank and do nothing, effectively locking me out of my account hehe

keys present are

~ ` | { } ^ _ = [ ] \ < >

and a total of 14 blank keys

That's the second [ALT] page of the symbol set. The way the keyboard works if you press SHIFT to switch to capital letters and then switch to numeric/symbol it will put it on page 2. Just press the ALT button to switch back.

oh i see. its weird though, and alt isnt actually lit up yet it still went to alt.. may be i hit alt by accident at the same time.

regardless, if you go into the keyboard and for some reason tap alt by accident it locks into alt.. thus when you tap abc 123 it defaults to alt.. yet alt isnt illuminated, numbers is illuminated.. which causes some confusion as you are now illuminating alt to display numbers. ;)

(if numbers is illuminated, numbers should be displayed, if letters are illuminated.. letters should be displayed, if alt is illuminated alt should be displayed) not always the case.

Hm, I think I know what's going on here.
Maybe you pressed the Shift button, then pressed the ?123 button.
That ends up going to the ALT keyboard instead of the ?123 keyboard.
Does that sound like something that could have happened?
