The cargo capacity counter of a capital ship is not being reset after /msg <shipname> jettison.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Let a capital ship mine using /msg <shipname> mine to its full capacity.
2) Issue /msg <shipname> jettison - Works, ore is jettisoned.
3) Scan the ship to confirm that the cargo hold is empty.
4) Issue /msg <shipname> gather ore - fails, ship affirms but does nothing.
5) Issue /msg <shipname> mine - fails, ship reports "Negative, Cargo capacity reached."

To reset the cargo counter you have to dock with the ship.

This should be fixed in this week's update.
