Awesome, thanks. Next suggestion:

- Edit the config.ini again, and change:

xrandr=1

TO say:

xrandr=0

- Then save the config.ini and try running the game again?

I made the change xrandr=0 as described and the game booted normally. I was able to log into the game and play without any apparent issues.

edit: thank you for helping me out, I'll give playing the game a shot now, if I have any further issues I'll post them here.
