Every time i start vo, all the colors are more.... ?vibrant? I dont know exactly when it started but best i can figure is when i swaped from the platinum skin its changed to be like this and switching it back never fixed it. I can fix the colors by minimizing the game to the home screen and reopening. Video of whats happening in the link.

This sounds pretty strange, but it also sounds reminiscent of issues we've seen with Samsung's problematic Game Launcher system. Have you tried disabling that?

Basically, it's a "Samsung feature" that watches for games and then forcibly makes a bunch of changes to the device configuration without any user input, or developer awareness. Developers cannot disable it.

There are threads where users discuss disabling it, but I think it may be a little involved?

game launcher is disabled, i cant seem to find out how to disable the game booster. ill look into getting rid of the booster

There are multiple S22 Ultra variants. Do you have the Samsung Exynos version (sold in Europe and some other locales) or the Qualcomm Snapdragon version (US and other locales)? They have very different GPUs and driver codebases.

Sorry it took me a while to remember about this post. I bought it in the USA and believe its a qualcomm snapdragon but i dont know where to check that off the top of my head.

Just confirmed, snapdragon 8 gen 1.
