Mouse is being released when jumping or leaving station.
I'm on an Acer chromebook model c771t, playing the android version. The "FPS style" mouse capture was working perfectly for the first couple of hours playing but will now fail to re-capture the mouse after leaving a station or jumping from one sector to another. When the mouse isn't captured properly I can't control the ship properly and the mouse cursor is always visible. I can force it to recapture the mouse if I press the search button on my keyboard and click the game again but it happens so often, I'll have to do this once every 2 or 3 jumps.
Does anything change if you completely exit the game, make sure it's not running anymore, and then re-run?
In other words, does mouse-capture stop working after several hours within a single runtime, or has mouse-capture stopped working entirely for you, after one lengthy play session?
What is the battery level like, after a few hours? Are you playing plugged in?
Is it possible that there's some background app that's popping up and trying to gain attention or take control? (which is why the battery-life thing came to mind, the OS interrupting the game to tell you about battery life or some other "intrusive" device-state update).

Nothing changes after completely closing and re opening the game. It started after my first play session (about 2 hours in one sitting) I normally use my computer plugged in or above 50% battery. I don't think anything else is trying to interrupt the game but I'll try disabling notifications and see if that changes anything.
Please do let us know if you find any other correlations or information that might help determine what's happening. The fact that this doesn't happen for the first few hours of play makes this quite difficult for us to track down.
It's also super bizarre that it would happen at all. There's certainly no specific time-dependence to our control mechanics.
The fact that restarting the game doesn't help is also.. extremely odd.
Are you using any plugins? (If so, please reproduce with a bare client without plugins).

Ok, this should be fixed in the client patch 1.8.644 that was just released.
