I really hope this isn't intended behavior...

If I try to use a repair module in a nation space NFZ, I get the "You must leave the no fire zone to use this addon" message

There are no "firing" addons that work in the NFZs within Nation space.

There were problems with people "baiting" newbies using repair weapons and PCBs and other "non-damaging weapons". There are Suggestions threads discussing this.

Not a bug.

I'm not against an on-going debate on the subject (on Suggestions), I'm just saying it's "not a bug".

But, you'd probably want to read the old discussion before putting up a new thread around it.
